Could be wrong here, but I think you can import them yourself from China to some of your own specs for $4,000 USD ?

The stock flathead motor on those things is 24hp. You can have them chuck in a 32hp motor with SKF bearings, upgraded pistons, rings and seals.
Still not close to the output of a Ural engine. That said though, I do like this Panzer color R71 CJ replica with the 24hp motor. It'd be cool to take out once in a while just to turn heads......
